Since YGL doesn't actually have printing capability itself, and defers to either your web-browser or third-party software (like Adobe Acrobat PDF formats for example), our scope of support regarding printing is extremely limited.
One thing you can try checking is to make sure your printer settings are set to ‘print at actual size’, and/or ‘no scaling’ depending on your printer manufacturer's printing menu options. Also make sure you are not selecting 'fit to page', as that may cause issues with printing as well.
