How Do I 'Open' A Previously 'Closed' Lead?

You can 'open' a previously 'closed' lead by deleting the specific "Close - Lost Lead" task for that lead.

Note: Some users cannot delete tasks. If you cannot delete tasks simply edit the close lost lead task to the new task that you are trying to complete.
