What Major Operating Systems Are Supported By YGL?

Summary-

While YGL is typically used on desktop or laptop computers running a version of Microsoft Windows, YGL is made to work on a variety of desktop and mobile operating system configurations including Apple Mac OS 10.4.x and also  BYOB (bring your own device) such as iPads and smartphones, though the platform is not necessarily made for mobile devices at this time.

Unlike the Microsoft Windows vendor, the vendor for the Mac OS 10.x operating system doesn't list end of life-cycles for it's operating system versions, though typically any Macintosh running Mac OS 10.4.x or above versions should be relatively compatible with YGL (though Mac OS 10.6.x  versions are suggested).   We suggest also taking a look at the related article at the bottom of the page titled 'What Major Web-Browsers are Compatible With YGL' , as running an updated web-browser goes hand in hand with running a compatible or updated operating system.

Mobile Operating Systems/BYOB (Bring Your Own Devices)

YGL does not currently have a mobile website,  however it should be relatively compatible with most newer BYOB (bring your own device) options such as iPads, Kindles, Android OS powered devices, which also includes most modern smart-phone web-browsers.  Please let our support team know if you run into any compatibility issues on BYOB devices so that we can continue to improve our software on these types of devices.
