Why Isn't My Inventory Matching Up with my Residents?

When adding a "Move-In" Task or a "Deposit" task to a lead, it will ask for more information regarding that specific task.


You will want to make sure that when you input the unit into the details pane, it is EXACTLY as set up in your inventory tab. For example, if you type in D2 205 into your inventory, you will want to make sure that you include the space in between D2 and 205 as that will make the difference whether your system recognizes the unit or not.


Double check that you did not include unnecessary spaces or extra letters that were not included in your original inventory list.
