Our third-party ticketing system, Zendesk, has made it extremely easy for our users to submit tickets as well as track them!
In order to track your existing ticket, you will need to sign up with Zendesk (you can do so using the link below):
Once you have registered, you will be sent an email for confirmation of registration.
After that, it will take you to "My Activities" page that will show all tickets you currently have and what the current status is:
