Inventory Enhancements

You’ve Got Leads has made several notable changes to the inventory tab to help our clients collect and track valuable information.

  • We have added the following columns on the inventory tab:
    • Sq. Footage
    • Days Vacant
    • Rent Ready
    • Notes

Now each unit can have its very own note that is pulled into the excel export of inventory. In addition users can review how long the unit has been vacant, the size of the room, and if the room is ready for rent.

Note: Organizations can choose to limit which fields are editable by role type.

Community Snapshot

We’re excited to announce the release of our latest report, Community Snapshot!

What this Brings to Our Customers

  • The Community Snapshot report quickly captures multiple datasets into a reviewable template exportable to excel or PDF. The goal is to pull one report that captures completed activities, occupancy trends, and recent inquiries all in one place!
  • The Community Snapshot report gives the community sales teams, regionals, and managers quick visibility into sales activities and trends in one simplified report to create a game plan to increase occupancy rates.

Report Sections:

  • Occupancy Rates of Each Room Type
  • Occupancy Trends
  • Scheduled Move Ins and Move Outs
  • Vacant Units
  • Inquiries past 30 days
  • Completed Lead and Source tasks past 30 days

 

Note:

  • To use the Community Snapshot report. Login to your YGL Profile and select New Reports, Community Snapshot Report

All Day Task Default

Based on user feedback, users now have the ability to have their tasks default as all day tasks or to a specific time with the Default tasks as All Day feature

 

How to Access

To access this feature navigate to Hi, Your Name in the top right corner of the screen and select Account

Under Account select User Information and the Default Tasks as All Day will be an editable field on the bottom right side of the screen.
