Lead Status, Decision Status, Sale Advance
To ensure Lead Status and Decision Status are maintained throughout the lifecycle of the lead You’ve Got Leads Clients now request that these two fields are required to be updated every time a task is completed.
To update your configuration - email support@youvegotleads.com and request an update to your configuration to include Lead and Decision Status as well as Sale Advance
When turned on, the Lead Status and Decision Status will appear within the task where the sales professional can update the information real time as they complete the task
A client can also note if the sale has advanced with the completed task report.
Move-out Reason Optional
A new feature has been added for all users to provide a move out reason for all move outs. This feature will provide you with important data points regarding the reason for move outs.
If your organization prefers not to require a move out reason - email support@youvegotleads.com and request an update to your configuration to make the Move-out Reason as optional.
