The strategic sales note is a new feature to help you move leads through the sales pipeline. You can easily write down important notes about your lead, such as information about the key players and the residents interests. The strategic sales note is always at the top of the page so do not need to search through your notes for key information. The information from the note is also exportable on the leads page.
To create a strategic sales note:
Open up a lead and click "New Note" next to the Strategic Sales Note
Enter the notes you want to have save and click "Add Strategic Note"
The contents will then appear on top of the task notes.
To edit the strategic sales note, click the pencil icon next to the note
update your note, and then click "Save"
